Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using www.groupmind.co.uk ("the Site") operated by GroupMind ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site.

If you are a business user, this Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer user, nothing in this Agreement shall preclude you from access to the courts and laws of your place of usual residence.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by providing reasonable notice of any material changes. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
